What we love
Fantastic safe and central location just a few minutes walk from The River Turia, Parque Gulliver Museum of Arts and Science and the historical centre. Light filled interior fully renovated to a high standard with comfortable, good quality furniture and appliances. The lovely high ceilings and plasterwork details. Our favourite Spanish cafe just across the road with its great coffee, friendly staff and delicious carrot cake (amongst other things!).
About us
We, Anita and Raymond are an English/Spanish and Dutch couple with a love for the Spanish lifestyle.
We currently live in Holland, Voorburg but try to escape as much as we can to enjoy
time in Moraira and Valencia - a wonderful combination of coast and city.

Why we chose Valencia
Valencia has so much going for it it’s hard to know where to start! Located on Spain’s east coast this 2,000 year old Roman city boasts wide sandy beaches, striking architecture, a buzzing food scene and culture. It’s the third largest city in Spain but the main attractions are easily walkable around the town centre.
It has 20km of long, sandy beaches and the Turia Gardens, just a short walk from the apartment, has a stretch of greenery that curves 9km around the city - a great place to explore by bike. It has a vibrant nightlife scene from the laid back bohemian vibe in El Carmen to sophisticated cocktails and swanky clubs along the beach. It is the birthplace of Spain’s most famous food ‘The Paella’, boasts over 40 museums, has lots of festivals, music, dances, traditions and a one of kind atmosphere that ropes in visitors from all over the world.
